TruMotion has developed advanced dipping techniques and technologies for higher motor performance and longevity. Our vacuum dipping process and special encapsulation material removes even the tiniest of air bubbles that can cause the winding to fail under high loads.

TruMotion uses only the highest quality inverter wire with thickness-consistent coating for all motor windings regardless of the application. We electrically stress test all of our motor windings well beyond IEEE 43 voltage stress test standards for both new and in-service repaired motors.
